Welcome to our newly relaunched EngineerIT website.
Following the purchase of EngineerIT from EE Publishers in early 2020, we reworked the WordPress website with a new theme. While quick to configure, sadly the performance of the website did not meet our standard. The website took a long time to load and our audiences were suffering a poor experience.
We have migrated the website to our new Drupal powered platform which has been purpose-built for the Now Media Group of publications.
If you have been a regular visitor to our site, you will notice the incredible increase in page loading speed. We have also made the website less cluttered and added some new features and functionality.
Job vacancies
If you have any job vacancies you would like to promote to our readership of electrical, electronic, control and computer engineers as well as IT related professionals, you can add them free of charge in our new ‘Jobs’ section. Of course, for people looking for work, we hope this will become a useful board to find employment.
Our monthly magazines have recently also introduced interactivity, with the eMag system allowing us to add audio, video and links to enhance the reading experience. Look out for the audio of the panel discussion on pages 18 – 19 in the EngineerIT e-Book.
We have added poll functionality within articles and on the general website, we are looking to enhance feedback from our readers so that they can contribute their insights. Let us know what your first impression of the website is by completing the poll below this article.
