Global tech brand OPPO invests in South Africa

- Advertisment -

Soon, South African consumers stand to benefit from the innovations such as SuperVOOC rapid charging and bespoke audio tuning that OPPO has spread around the globe over the last 16 years. OPPO has evolved from a phone manufacturer into a leading innovator across the spectrum of smart devices.

A key step to building a good relationship is getting OPPO devices into the hands of the public and this starts with smartphones. The upcoming devices offer users the best blend of premium features such as a large main camera sensor, big, crisp displays and long-lasting, fast charging batteries, but at an affordable price.

Liam Faurie, Business Head (GTM Operations

“We’re confident that the quality of our hardware, value added services and our strong partnership with Google will set us apart,” explains Liam Faurie, Business Head (GTM Operations).

OPPO aims to promote the rapid integration of cutting-edge technology with a special focus on 5G conversion and AI integration. The brand has worked with more than 50 global operators to accelerate large-scale commercialisation of 5G, and with the successful deployment of the first standalone 5G networks in the UK, providing Europe with its first 5G smartphone.
